HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2637 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner - plaintiff, challenging the order, dated 24.02.2016, passed in I.A. No.130 of 2014 in O.S. No.127 of 2007, by the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Huzurabad, whereby the petition filed under Order IX, Rule 7 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by defendant Nos.1 to 3 seeking to set aside the ex parte order, dated 27.11.2013, was allowed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the original suit bearing No.127 of 2007, itself was dismissed without costs, on 09.02.2018 on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in the present revision.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
