ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in conducting selection to the post of Electrician Trainee by holding written examination at high standards, while the qualification prescribed it ITI and also with questions out of syllabus and further action in conducting written exam with irregularities favouring chosen candidates, as highly illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 and 16 of Constitution of India and consequently to set aside the selections held in pursuant to the notification No.2/2015.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the cause in this writ petition does not survive and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
