O R D E R

Petitioner claims to be the General Secretary of Telangana Praja Front. The 2nd respondent - Assistant Commissioner of Police, Shadnagar, Rangareddy District, vide order in C.No.23/Mike/ACP-SNR/2019 dated 27.06.2019, granted permission to the said Front to conduct a rally from Railways Station Shadnagar to Shahi Garden between 10-00 a.m. to 3-00 p.m. on 13.07.2019. But vide the impugned proceedings dated 6.7.2019, the 2nd respondent revoked the permission on the point of law and order, and public interest. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition came to be filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that as the petitioners were already granted permission vide proceedings dated 27.06.2019, they may be permitted to conduct rally and conference and they shall ensure that no public inconvenience is caused. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home, the petitioners shall conduct rally and conference as permitted by the 2nd respondent vide order dated 27.06.2019, and they shall ensure that no public inconvenience is caused during the conduct of rally and conference. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
