HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.3915 of 2003 & 21463 of 2004 COMMON ORDER Since the issue raised in both the writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order.

The petitioner-Night Watchman had filed both the writ petitions seeking payment of salary from 10-07-1997 to 15-07-2002 and to direct the 2nd respondent-Management to reinstate him into service.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that this writ petition may be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Management to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner-Night Watchman towards full and final settlement.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Management to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner-Night Watchman, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
