THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9028 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A.1 to A.7 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.104 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Cyberabad, wherein they were charged for the offences under Sections 498-A and 420 IPC. Pending proceedings, the Criminal Petition was dismissed against petitioner No.1/A.1 on 27.08.2013.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of charge sheet and submitted that in this case police after investigation laid charge sheet against A.1 while omitting A.2 to A.7 as the case against them was not established and charge sheet was accepted and registered as C.C.No.781 of 2013 by learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners is present and reported no objection.

4. In the light of the above submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
