HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.C.C.A. No.174 OF 1999 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant would report no instructions from the appellant. Earlier, on four occasions, at request of the learned counsel for the appellant, appeal was adjourned for obtaining instructions from the appellant. That has been the reason, the learned counsel for the appellant reported no instructions stating that the appellant has not approached him despite sending messages. 2.

It appears, the appellant is not inclined to prosecute the instant appeal. Therefore, the instant appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution by the appellant. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the instant appeal, stand closed.
