THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5157 of 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by petitioners/A.10 to A12, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.108 of 2012 on the file of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad.

Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for petitioners/A10 to A12. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 25.05.2017, issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Balanagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that charge sheet was filed on 18.12.2015 and C.C.No. 269 of 2017 is pending on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate,Miyapur, and therefore, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
