This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.14 of 2014 in M.C.No.4 of 2014 on the file of Family Court-cumAdditional Sessions Judge, Khammam. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
