O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the Koruprolu PACS, S.Rayavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, the third respondent, in issuing proceedings dated 01.06.2004 whereby the services of the petitioner were terminated.

The writ petition was dismissed for default against the third respondent society as per the Court order dated 30.12.2010, which was given effect to on 09.03.2011. The impugned proceedings, which were issued by the third respondent society, cannot be subjected to examination in the context of their validity in the absence of the third respondent society.

The writ petition therefore has to fail in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
