THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3803 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.37 of 2018 of Mirchowk Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 I.P.C, Section 28 of the Indian Arms Act and Section 7 of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.

During the course of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State has brought to the notice of this Court that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet on 28.08.2018 and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
