Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though FIR No.116 of 2013 was registered on 23-02-2013, the 3rd respondent has neither completed the investigation nor filed final report before the jurisdictional court. Learned Government Pleader for Home has received instructions, which state that the investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed before the jurisdictional court vide C.F.No.1437 of 2015, dated 08-04-2015. In view of that, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
