CVNR, J& JUD,J W.P.No.34763 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus by directing respondent Nos.2 to 7 to produce Kumari Vemula Pavithra (for short "the detenue") from the custody of respondent No.8.

By order dated 19.10.2015, this Court directed respondent No.5 to get the minor girl examined medically by the Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad, and that after such medical examination, the custody of the alleged detenue shall be handed over to the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS) submitted that in pursuance of the aforementioned direction, the custody of the minor girl was handed over to the petitioner and that presently she continues to be in the custody of the petitioner.

Mr.Prabhakar Peri, learned Counsel for the petitioner, while admitting the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS), however, stated that the police have omitted to charge respondent No.8 for certain offences and that his client will take appropriate steps before the jurisdictional Court in this regard.

CVNR, J& JUD,J W.P.No.34763 of 2015 Subject to the liberty reserved to petitioner to avail the remedy as submitted by his counsel as noted above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition W.P.M.P.Nos.44671 of 2015 and 8478 of 2016 are disposed of as infructuous.
