HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4095 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ A-4 seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.719 of 2013 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered against him for the offences under Sections 380, 406, 448 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the case is coming up for framing of charges. 3.

Having regard to the prima-facie accusation against the petitioner/ A-4 and also the stage of the matter, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the personal appearance of petitioner/ A4 in CC No.719 of 2013 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires her presence. 4.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
