When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- was paid by the date of admission of this company petition and that the balance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid as per the undertaking given earlier by the respondent. In view of the said payment, this Court is of the view that no orders need be passed in this petition.
