THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1057 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the order dated 19.01.2016 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.1 of 2015 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Palamaner, whereunder and whereby, the dismissal order dated 03.02.2015 passed in I.A.No.52 of 2014 in O.S.No.09 of 2014 by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Kuppam was set aside and injunction was granted in favour of the respondent herein.

3. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the parties claim to be in possession of the subject property and both of them agree for passing orders of status quo as on today with regard to possession, till the disposal of the suit.

4. Having regard to the consensus made by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing both the parties to maintain status quo as on today with regard to possession of the property in question till the disposal of the suit and the trial Court shall dispose of the suit vide O.S.No.09 of 2014 as early as possible preferably within a period of three (03) to four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
