O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he is working in the cadre of Manager in the 2nd respondent - Federation. Government issued G.O.Ms.No.80, Agriculture and Cooperation (AGRI.I) Department dated 08.11.2017, considering for revision of cadre strength and thereby some posts in the cadre of General Managers were increased. As the petitioner is eligible for promotion to the said cadre, and his claim was not considered, he made representations dated 05.12.2017 and 23.03.2018 to the 2nd respondent - Federation, represented by its Vice Chairman and Managing Director. As no action has been taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.Papa Reddy, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. Both the counsel submit that this court in similar facts and circumstances in W.P.No.9581 of 2018 dated 27.03.2018 directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners therein in terms of G.O.Ms.No.80 dated 08.11.2017, and that similar order may be passed.

Having regard to the above submission and the facts and circumstances of the case, as the representations of the petitioner dated 05.12.2017 and 23.03.2018, ventilating his grievance is stated to be pending consideration with the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.80 dated

08.11.2017, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. ------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:09-04-2018 AVS
