Learned Standing Counsel for TSNPDCL, has placed on record the Incremental Pay Slips of the petitioner dated 21.11.2013 and 21.08.2013 issued by the Pay Officer, APNPDCL, Warangal. In view of the same, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
