THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2752 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 27.02.2017 in I.A. No.2741 of 2015 in O.S. No.255 of 2013 passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad wherein the respondent/ revision petitioner herein is directed to deposit the arrears of rent in a sum of Rs.44,19,618/- within 15 days from the date of the order failing which his defence will be struck off. Sri Gogineni Krupachand, learned counsel for the petitioner, represented that the issue involved in this civil revision petition is squarely covered by the order dated 12.06.2017 in CRP No.2447 of 2017 passed by this court.

In view of the representation made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 12.06.2017 in CRP No.2447 of 2017. No costs. Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in the civil revision petition shall stand closed.
