This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 14.10.2016 passed in I.A. No.1141 of 2015 in O.S. No.8 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tuni, East Godavari District. 2.

No representation on behalf of both the parties. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.8 of 2010 on 02.2.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
