Sri Lakkadi Dayaker Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter, dated 12.03.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to list the matter so as to enable him to seek permission to withdraw the present appeal suit, as the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal suit.

Today, learned counsel for the appellant is present and he would seek permission to withdraw the appeal suit.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed.
