Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.53-11 guntas in Sy.Nos.10/AA, 26/AA, 32, 33, 40/A1A, 44, 45, 46/A, 47/A, 71/A1, 83/U, 86, 87, 88 & 96 of Malkangiri Village, Bashirabad Mandal, Vikarabad District and he was issued new pattadar pass book. In this writ petition petitioner complains that he was not paid money under Rythu Bandhu scheme for the present agricultural season, though the amount was paid for the previous seasons and the said action is illegal.

The guidelines are framed for implementing the scheme vide G.O.Rt.No.202 Agriculture and Cooperation (AGRI.II) Department dated 01.06.2019. The said G.O., also envisages redressal mechanism and in terms thereof, the District Collector is the competent authority to consider the grievance and to resolve the disputes within 30 days from the date of receipt of representations. Petitioner made representations to various authorities except the District Collector.

Having regard to the redressal mechanism provided in G.O.Rt.No.202 dated 01.06.2019 petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation to the District Collector, Vikarabad, by submitting all the relevant documents in support of his claim and as and when such representation is submitted the same

- 3 - shall be examined and appropriate decision be taken on the claim of petitioner for grant of money under Rythu Bandhu scheme, within two weeks thereafter.
