In view of the Letter dated 09.3.2016 submitted by Sri O. Kailashnath Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the petitioners/A-2 to 10 intends to withdraw the Criminal Petition as the matter between the petitioners and the defacto complainant/R2 has been settled out of Court, and hence the Criminal Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
