This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - A.19, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.65 of 2011 of Bitragunta Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 5 of A.P. Protection of Depositors for Financial Establishment Act, 1999.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

During the pendency of the complaint, police completed investigation and laid charge sheet on 23.05.2016. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
