Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents/ Gram Panchayat that the petitioners herein did not make any applications, as stated by them. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such applications are filed for construction, appropriate action will be taken on the said applications, as per law.

Recording the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioners to make appropriate applications before the respondent-Gram Panchayat, and if any such applications are filed by the petitioners, appropriate action be taken on the said applications, as per law.
