This writ petition is filed questioning inaction of the respondents in considering their representations dated 20.06.2019, 21.06.2019 and 24.06.2019, which was acknowledged by the respondent authorities, requesting not to shift branch library from the present building and to continue in the same premises. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education produced a copy of the written instructions dated 22.08.2019 of the Secretary, Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha, Nagarkurnool, Nagarkurnool District, and based on the same he submits that the Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha is not intended to shift the branch library building Kollapur from the present place to another.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
