This Writ Petition was filed challenging the order of the fourth respondent in Rc.No.SPl-C/DI/GDR/2006 dated 14.08.2007. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
