This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to

declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner's application made under LRS/BRS Scheme vide Application No.6215 and file No.C2/1301/13, dated 25-05-2013, for regularization of land in T.S.No.348/7 of Gunadala, Vijayawada, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Ms.S.Pranathi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
