HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON No.11657 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Deepak Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration at this stage and therefore it may be closed reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh case as and when a new cause of action arises. The writ petition is accordingly closed with the liberty aforestated. Interim order dated 09.04.2018 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
