ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not declaring the results of petitioners 2 to 8 herein, foreign national students in 1st year B. Pharmacy Course, while declaring the results of other students and not receiving the examination applications for 2nd year I Semester of B. Pharmacy Course along with backlog subjects if any in 1st year, as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to declare the results of petitioners 2 to 8 herein, foreign national students in 1st year B. Pharmacy Course forthwith and receive the examination applications for 2nd year I Semester of B. Pharmacy Course along with backlog subjects if any in 1st year." This Court by order, dated 02.11.2012, has granted interim relief by directing respondent No.2 to declare the result of petitioner Nos.2 to
8 of petitioner No.1-College relating to the first year B.Pharmacy Course and to receive the examination fees for the first semester of second year B.Pharmacy Course. Having regard to the said interim order, no further adjudication of the writ petition is necessary. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
