No representation for petitioner on 30.06.2016 as well as today.
2. The writ prayer is directed against the inaction of respondents 3 and 4 in granting essentiality certificate and consent of affiliation certificate as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
3. The writ petition was filed in the month of September 2009. Having regard to the changed circumstances, the petitioner may not be interested in working out the writ prayer as well.
The writ petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
