THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.28623 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri M.Ravindranath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner Board, states that though this writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 02.09.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.2962 of 2015, it was decided thereafter to implement the said order and it has, in fact, been so implemented.

The cause in this writ petition therefore does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
