Heard Mr.S.R.Sanku for petitioners.

The trial Court through the order in I.A. No.115 of 2014 declined to grant police protection to petitioners for protecting the possession.

I have perused the order impugned in the revision and prima facie of the view that no exception to the reasoning recorded by the trial Court is made out. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order under revision. The CRP fails and accordingly dismissed. The trial Court considers disposing of O.S. No.21 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs.
