This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of the petitioner's application AP online dated 31.01.2015 (APO 0000436) and representations dated 27.01.2015 and 04.06.2015 for grant of passbooks and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.40 cts in Sy.NO.160/1, situated at Kondapalli village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Krishna District.

Counter affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent stating that he will consider the representations of the petitioner and will pass appropriate orders after following due procedure in accordance with law. Admittedly, the representations of the petitioner dated 27.01.2015, 31.01.2015 (APO 0000436) and 04.06.2015 are pending with the 2nd respondent for consideration.

Heard both sides.

Since the representations of the petitioner are pending with the 2nd respondent, who averred in the counter that he will consider the said representations, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.01.2015, 31.01.2015 (APO 0000436) and 04.06.2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after following the due procedure within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
