HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6039 of 2014 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.392 of 2014 on the file of L.B.Nagar Law and Order Police Station, Cyberabad.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 16.10.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate, in which it is stated that investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, vide C.C.No.1906 of 2014.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
