Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not considering the representations made by the petitioner on 09.01.2008 and 02.05.2008 requesting to issue duplicate patta certificate in respect of the land assigned to him admeasuring Acs.1.18 cents in survey No.998/5 situated at Vyvaka Village, Mudinepally Mandal, Machilipatnam, Krishna District and ejecting respondent Nos.5 and 6 as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the Tahsildar (4th respondent) to pass orders in the representation dated 02.05.2008 at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the same is still pending consideration. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to pass orders in the representation dated 02.05.2008 made by the petitioner seeking duplicate patta certificate in respect of the lands assigned to him admeasuring Acs.1.18 cents in survey No.

998/5 situated at Vyvaka Village, Mudinepally Mandal, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, in accordance with law, within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that the Tahsildar shall give notice to the concerned before passing orders in the representation dated 02.08.2015 in accordance with law. No costs.
