The revision petitioners herein are judgment debtors in E.P.No.148 of 2014 in O.S.No.2821 of 2010.

They filed E.A.No.287 of 2014 under Order 21 Rule 26 of CPC seeking to grant stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.148 of 2014, pending disposal of I.A.No.334 of 2014 filed for setting aside the decree dated 10-03-2014.

When this revision petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners did not bring to my notice with regard to disposal of I.A.No.334 of 2014 and in those circumstances, this Court by the order dated 17-11-2015 directed the learned II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to dispose of I.A.No.334 of 2014 after hearing both sides. Now the learned counsel for the revision petitioners is absent and the learned counsel for the respondents submits that

I.A.No.334 of 2014 was already disposed of on 23-02-2015. In view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
