HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8912 of 2017 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ A1 to quash the order dated 21.04.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.310 of 2017 in Crime No.132 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal, Kurnool District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State. So far as the cancellation of the bail for the non-compliance with the condition of reporting before the Police intermittently, though initially complied with, is concerned, for this Court there is nothing to interfere, but for, to say as per the settled position this is not a bar to the entitlement of fresh bail, thereby, liberty is given to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court to consider the same with necessary conditions of securing future attendance in this case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
