HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11211 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under sections 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.5 seeking to grant bail in Crime No.12 of 2014 of CID Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 315, 342, 357, 363, 366-A, 368, 370, 370-A, 376 and 506 IPC and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act and 4 of POCSO Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with the other accused involved in kidnapping the minor girls for the purpose of prostitution. Taking into consideration the gravity of the offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him.
