This revision petition under Section 91 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, is directed against the order dated 30.10.2013 passed by the learned Joint Collector, Karimnagar, in File No:F1/ 101/ 2002.

When the revision petition is taken up for hearing, Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the revision petitioners, would submit that the subject matter of the present revision is also the subject matter of S.A.No.1157 of 2009 on the file of this Court and that after amicable settlement, the said Second Appeal was allowed in terms of compromise on 21.06.2016 and that in that view of the matter, the present revision petition may also be allowed as the matter is settled comprehensively in the aforementioned Second Appeal. Sri Mirza Nisar Ahmed Baig, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent states no objection for recording the said submission and disposing the CRP on its own merit.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
