When the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for respondents reported that during pendency of the above writ petition, the suspension orders under challenge were revoked and the petitioner was reinstated vide proceedings dated 23.04.2007 and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
