Smt. Kaki Laxmi, v. Smt. Tadikimala Seethamma(Died)
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU C.R.P.NO.3 4 8 2 OF 2 0 1 4 ORDER:- When the revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner himself makes a suggestion to this court that the revision petition need not be heard on merits and that the suit itself can be disposed of on merits. The learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection for the suit being heard. In these circumstances, as the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes that the suit in the lower court itself should be disposed of and he is not inviting a finding in the revision petition, the Civil Revision Petition is closed with a direction to the lower court to dispose of the suit on merits as quickly as possible in the circumstances of the case. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
