THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13657 of 2016 ORDER:
Petitioners' grievance is that they had applied to respondents 2 to 4 on 14.03.2016 for reflecting their names in the online revenue records, in particular, in Form 1-B and Adangals and that the respondents 2 to 4 are not taking any action thereon.
2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioners' representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.
3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dt.14.03.2016 made by the petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
