THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.2530 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the action of the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, in not following the mandatory procedure as stipulated under Order XV-A CPC in O.S.No.1908 of 2014.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
