THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8098 OF 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for following relief:
"to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not remitting/ paying salary/ wages to the petitioners under the head of accounts viz. 11288100 (Basic Salary and Special Pay, etc); No.11289100 (Allowances DA, HRA, CCA. ETC); No.11180200 (Bank Account No.II); No.11329400 (Short Remittances) as illegal, unreasonable and ultravires to Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay/ remit the salary to the petitioners herein the wages including the arrears ever since the date of appointment of the petitioners i.e. from 1st April, 2000 and 1st April, 1995 respectively, under the heads of account viz., 11288100 (Basic Salary and Special Pay etc); No.11289100 (Allowances DA, HRA, CCA. Etc); No.11180200 (Bank Account No.II); No.11329400 (Short Remittances) that are being paid to the other employees who are on par with the petitioners in cadre."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners submitted a representation dated 02.02.2015 to the respondents and the same has not been considered by the respondents and requested to issue directions to the respondents to take appropriate action on their representation in accordance with law by fixing some time frame.
03. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners, writ petition stands disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 02.02.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
04. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
