On 25.1.2018, when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of "for dismissal". On 2.2.2018, when the matter was listed under the same caption there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On 9.2.2018 and 16.2.2018, when the matter was listed under the same caption, adjournment was sought. Today, even though the matter was listed under the same caption of dismissal, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
