HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9219 of 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that it was issued notice dated 08.02.2017 in Form II, under Section 3 of the A.P.Assigned Lands Prohibition of Transfer Act, 1977 and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner submitted explanation dated 21.02.2017. But, the 3rd respondent without passing any orders on the same, is trying to dispossess the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass final orders after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Till passing of final orders, there shall be stay of dispossession. No order as to costs.
