THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35789 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not completing the investigation in Crime No.353 of 2015 on the file of Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad. Written instructions dated 17.12.2015 were furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bowenpally Police Station, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home stating that basing on the complaint made by the petitioner on 07.10.2015, Crime No.353 of 2015 had been registered under Sections 448 and 506 I.P.C. on the file of Bowenpally Police Station. Upon due investigation, the police found that a case was made out for prosecution and accordingly laid a charge sheet on 17.12.2015 before the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, vide S.R.No.9312 of 2015. The calendar case number is still awaited. A copy of the charge sheet filed before the Court below is also placed on record. In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands settled.
