THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34235 of 2014 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in retaining and continuing rowdy sheet against the petitioner and displaying his photograph on the notice board of Police Station, I-Town, Nizamabad as arbitrary and illegal. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation to be filed by the petitioner for closing the rowdy sheet pending against the petitioner since all the cases against the petitioner are ended in acquittal. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the 2nd respondent informing that all the cases against him are ended in acquittal and no case is pending against him.

On filing such representation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within one month from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. Till such time, the respondents-police are directed not to harass the petitioner by calling him to the police station. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 05.12.2016.
