Heard counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents. It is fairly conceded by the counsel for the petitioner that at this length of time, more so when respondents 2 and 3 have already become majors, nothing remains in this criminal petition and it can be closed. Accordingly, recording the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
