On 23.11.2016 and 25.11.2016, since none appeared on behalf of the appellant, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "For Dismissal" to this day. Even today, none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant. Since sufficient opportunity is given to the appellant and as it is obvious that the appellant is not intending to pursue the appeal, which is of the year 2006, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
